Writing is very healing for me. It connects me to my inner truth and helps me become more intimate with myself. I have done a lot personal excavation over the past several years on my blog and continue to use writing as way of better understanding myself and the world around me.

I am a proponent of participatory art and have begun a new writing journey with this in mind called The Alchemy of Heartbreak.
